The EstateAgentNetwork.com website is a community for Property Agents (sales and lettings) to network and grow their business. You will be able to send referrals to other and receive a finder's fee on completed transactions. You will also be able to receive referrals from other agents and members of the public in return for a finder's fee on successful completion. You have total flexibility as you select who you send referrals to and who you receive referrals from.
How to join EstateAgentNetwork.com?
To join you must be a registered property agent with a business address and a land line telephone number. Once you have successfully completed the form, you will receive an email notification. Once we have verified your details (usually 3 working days) one of our team will give you a call and help set up your account. As soon as you are set up you can start sending and receiving referrals immediately.
Search
Search our directory of property agents in order to find the right referral partners. Start by typing the relevant postcode or area in to our search box . Alternatively you can use our interactive map to choose your location.
The search result will give you a list of property agents in your chosen locality including their referral rates and profile links. Select relevant property agents by ticking their box and press "post referral".
Share
Provide agents with the basic details of your referral and if they are interested and agree with your terms and conditions, then you can send them the full details. Property agents will contact the person you referred to them direct in order to deal with their requirement.
Each referral arrangement is made between you and the individual agent. We only provide an exchange point for member agents to interact. We recommend you read agent profiles, feedback and websites before sending your referral.
Manage
As well as sending referrals to other agents you also have the option to receive referrals from other agents and members of the public. We offer you totally flexibility on the range of referral services you receive and offer.

In order to help you manage your referrals we have incorporated a powerful referral management system into the site. The system allows you to track, update and prioritise your referrals.

If you send referrals you will receive a finder's fee on successful completion. If you receive referrals you will profit by being able to close deals faster and more effectively. It really is a win win situation.
Public to agent referrals
Member agents have the option to offer a referral service to members of the public. In order to do this member agents will need to publish separate referral rates (finders' fees) for public referrals. Rates and service offerings can be updated using the 'my account' section of the website.
